The programmers will have to look into that (as it should run automatically each time you start the program). If it was both bought and installed, then the initial process that copies the avatar files from where they are downloaded by Steam into the FaceRig avatar data folder does not trigger on your system for some reason, or is being blocked. Is the 2D DLC also installed, or was it just bought but not installed yet? ( do you see the official 2d avatars in the avatar list and are you able to use them, if yes it is installed, if not it is not installed).
